We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including recurring janitorial services, retail cleaning, deep cleaning, and customized cleaning plans tailored to your specific needs.
2. How often can cleaning services be scheduled?
We offer both one-time cleaning services and recurring service options, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings.
3. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional cleaning supplies and equipment.
4. How is pricing determined?
The cost of our cleaning services may vary based on the size of the space, the type of service requested, the frequency of cleanings, and the level of cleaning required.
5. What areas do you service?
We proudly serve homes and businesses throughout the DMV area, including Washington, DC, Maryland, and surrounding areas.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, ACH , and checks (only for commercial).
7. Do you require a contract?
Residential cleaning: No contract required.
Commercial cleaning: A 12-month service agreement is required.
8. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

9. What happens if I cancel last minute?
If a cancellation is made less than 2 business days (Monday–Saturday) before the scheduled service, the client will be subject to a full service rate charge, and no refund will be issued.
10. What if I need to reschedule a recurring service?
If a recurring service is rescheduled, the new service date must be within one week of the original service date to avoid being charged a Initial Cleaning Service rate.
11. What happens if the cleaning specialist cannot access the property?
If the cleaning specialist is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable to open the door, a full service rate charge will apply, and no refund will be issued.
12. Do I need to prepare my home before the cleaning?
Yes. We kindly request that you ensure your home is at a comfortable temperature by leaving the air conditioner on before our service begins.
Our cleaning specialists cannot perform services in an environment that is too hot.
If an appointment is canceled due to uncomfortable temperatures in the home, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
13. Are your cleaners trained and insured?
Yes. Our cleaning specialists are trained, experienced, and committed to providing reliable, high-quality service.
14. How do I get started?
Contact us to request an in person estimate. Once you receive and approved the estimate, we’ll confirm your schedule cleaning service and email an invoice to make payment.
